The procedure is performed as follows:
A doctor makes small punctures in the scalp. The ligature threads are inserted to soft tissues using very fine needles. By guiding and stretching the threads the face is shaped as necessary. The procedure does not lead to facial features distortion.
When all threads are secured the needles are removed. After that, for the next two months new connective tissue will be forming along the threads. This tissue creates a new frame preserving the shape given to the facial skin in the course of the procedure.
Procedure duration: The procedure takes 30 to 60 minutes.
Result of ligature face lift procedure:
The first effect of ligature lifting can be observed in 1-2 days. But the final result will be visible only in 2 months. By that time a frame consisting of new connective tissue will be entirely formed around the threads.
