Rejuvenating mask
One of the main goals of cosmetologists working at our clinic is to preserve youth and beauty of our patients. We are attempting to do so without resort to surgery. For this purpose at Deva Clinique we use one of the most effective means – rejuvenating masks. Professional rejuvenating masks promoting youthful skin look are based on the powerful ingredients – collagen and placenta.
Collagen is produced from the skin of fish and animals. Collagen of plant origin is also used. For example, this substance can be obtained from wheat proteins. Moreover, the analogue of plant origin triggers no allergic reactions, it is assimilated easily, and helps the skin produce own collagen.
Which problems rejuvenating masks are intended to solve:
In the course of aging the facial skin looses its collagen. This important component of the skin forms a sort of frame integrated into the layers of the epidermis. It also helps the skin keep vitality and elasticity. If collagen is missing it leads to:

- laxity and looseness;
- occurrence of wrinkles;
- dryness and dullness.

Procedure of therapy using rejuvenating masks:
A rejuvenating mask is applied in several steps. First, a cosmetologist cleanses the skin with special makeup and impurity remover. Then the skin is treated with a steamer for 20 minutes. This device is designed to open pores as much as possible and remove waste from the deep skin layers using steam.
Many professional masks are supplied as powder. A mask is prepared right before the procedure. Powder is mixed with water until the required consistency is obtained.
The prepared mixture is applied evenly onto a patient’s skin using a brush. A mask stays applied for 30 minutes and then it is washed out with water. The rejuvenation procedure is finished with application of moisturizing serum.
Our cosmetologists suggest combining rejuvenating mask with face massage. Massage can greatly intensify the procedure effect as it facilitates blood flow, promotes metabolism, stimulates facial muscles functioning and restores their tone and elasticity.
Besides powder masks collagen sheets are also very popular. They are thin fibrous sheets containing concentrated collagen. During the procedure these sheets are soaked in water and applied to the skin of the neck and face.
Apart from collagen rejuvenating masks contain such components as the placental extract, amniotic fluid, animal seminal fluid (cattle), honey and other beekeeping products.
Procedure duration: The rejuvenation procedure takes about an hour.
