Systemic enzyme facial therapy

Systemic enzyme therapy is a modern treatment technique involving the use of pharmaceuticals containing a complex of plant, animal and fungal enzymes. They have impact on the whole body. But in this case they are used to improve the facial skin locally. As enzymes are the substances composed of protein complexes their main purpose is speeding up biochemical reactions that occur in the body on the cell level. They not only remove dead skin cells but also saturate the skin with oxygen and stimulate elastin and collagen production. This procedure is very popular as the effect of enzymes is immediate.

Use of enzyme therapy for face treatment purposes:

Enzyme therapy is used by Deva Clinique cosmetologists in order to achieve the rejuvenating effect. Biologically active enzymes can assist in decrease of biological age and take control over natural aging process. Enzymes bound and decompose toxins and waste, remove dead cells, restore metabolic processes. That way facial skin cells are renewed and rejuvenated. This procedure can solve such facial skin issues as:

  • Dehydration, stress.
  • Unhealthy color.
  • Loss of vitality and elasticity.
  • Enlarged pores.
  • Dark circles under the eyes.
  • Swelling and loss of facial proportions.
  • Pigment spots and couperosis.
  • Inflammatory processes.

How is facial enzyme therapy carried out:

The procedure is based on the capability of enzymes to cleanse the skin of impurities and remove waste from the deep skin layers effectively. For this reason the most effective facial peeling products are based on enzymes. Enzymes are used for skin surface peeling which is absolutely harmless for a patient’s health and causes no side effects and allergic reactions.

At Deva Clinique enzyme therapy is started with the facial skin cleansing. For this purpose residual makeup is removed using special lotions. Then the skin is treated with a steamer. It is a special device intended to open pores by exposing facial skin to warm steam. This stage is important in particular because enzymes are activated in the moist environment.

Enzymes are supplied in the form of powder which is subject to dissolution in purified water. The solution is prepared right before application onto the skin. This mask stays on the face for 10 minutes. Then it is washed off with warm water and a recovery serum is applied.

Procedure duration:

One procedure takes about an hour. Procedures are undertaken 2 times a week. It is recommended to undergo at least 8 to 10 procedures.

Result of facial enzyme therapy:

Enzyme therapy enables cosmetologists to remove facial skin pigment spots, minimize pores, cure acne. This entire complex prevents premature skin aging. Depending on the applied exposure method enzymes stimulate the functioning of the lymphatic and vascular systems and renew epidermal cells. Upon completion of a treatment course patients experience improvement of the facial contour and reduction of subcutaneous fat tissue amount. The skin becomes lifted and gains its elasticity. Skin cells get necessary moisturizing and nutrition promoting removal of wrinkles and dark circles under the eyes

The effect of an enzyme mask is visible even after the first procedure. Nevertheless, in order to achieve a sustainable and long-lasting result at least 10 procedures are required.
